- Coordinate with internal and external parties on logistics coordination, operation enhancement, and cost optimization to deliver consistent and excellent performances.
- Assist in freight booking arrangements and business report preparation.
- Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce, or related disciplines is preferred.
- At least 2 years of key account/business development/customer service/project management experience, preferably in the Logistics/3PL industry.
- Multi-tasking, well-organized, and responsible with excellent client-serving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
