Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Supervisor to join our team at CEVA Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse operations and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the operation team to ensure seamless warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate the work of other customer services team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods from suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
  • Input accurate and timely information into our systems, maintaining data integrity and quality.
Requirements
  • HKCEE / HKALE / HKDSE / Diploma or Degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling customer correspondence and customer relations in a logistics environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Dynamic and customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
