Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Product Manager to join our team at HKT. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for forging strategic alliances with tourism boards, airlines, and hotels.

Your primary objective will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with these partners to secure attractive travel offerings. You will negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best possible deals and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Additionally, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. Your analytical skills will be essential in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

You must have a deep understanding of the travel industry, including airline and hotel operations, distribution channels, and emerging trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as presentation skills.

In this role, you will also be responsible for staying informed about the latest developments in the travel industry and attending trade shows, industry events, and conferences to network with industry professionals and establish relationships with potential partners.

To succeed in this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in partnership management or sales.
