Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial close process for the Asia region, ensuring timely completion and compliance with corporate requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth annual statutory audits and tax filing.
  • Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with group authorization matrix.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new processes and controls.
  • Participate in financial and ad hoc reports to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • CPA designation.
  • Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in a listed MNC.
  • Strong experience in preparing company financial statements and group reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
