About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations and Support Professional to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited.

Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Execute IT Operations: Plan, control, and execute IT operations job scheduling to ensure seamless system performance.
  • User Access Management: Define and maintain user access rights to internal computing systems, ensuring efficient security and compliance.
  • System Updates and Maintenance: Perform ad-hoc data updates and parameter changes of application systems in production environments, guaranteeing minimal downtime.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support on program version controls, streamlining development processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in computer operations and supports, preferably with experience in operating AIX, LINUX, Windows system platforms.
  • Skills: Knowledge of IBM Mainframe (Z/OS, JCL, CLIST, TSO) is an advantage.
  • Personal Traits: Independent with logical thinking, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
