About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our Member Engagement and Support team at TransUnion LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure outstanding customer experiences and deliver results.
  • Perform due diligence on potential customers and ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
  • Provide training to customers on company systems and privacy regulations.
  • Participate in and lead ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role providing customer service and support.
  • Good understanding of the banking/financial industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a must.
  • Strong presentation skills and writing in English are essential.
  • Excellent people management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for providing excellent service.

This is a hybrid position, and you will be required to perform job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
