We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Sr System Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing system access and user accounts, providing first-line support, and handling user enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage user application accounts and provide first-line support for Door Access System related requests.
  2. Process systems privileged accounts requests and handle user enquiries.
  3. Implement security controls for application projects and servers.
  4. Perform system/account administration and maintain accurate records.
  5. Prepare reports as required.

What we're looking for
  • Degree holder or above in IT or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong experience in system/account administration and Microsoft Active Directory or CyberArk administration.
  • Familiarity with computer-related products and facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
