Business Continuity Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Management professional to lead our Risk Management Group in developing and maintaining robust risk management and internal control frameworks. As a key member of our team, you will provide independent review and challenge to business units to ensure they consider appropriate risk/return decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Continuity Management program to ensure the Bank's operational resilience and ability to respond effectively to crises and disruptions.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and preparedness throughout the organization, empowering stakeholders to actively support the Business Continuity Management lifecycle.
- Drive the development and implementation of a Business Continuity Plan Quality Assurance Review program to strengthen respective units' Business Continuity Plans and address any potential gaps.
- Establish and achieve Business Continuity Management Key Performance Indicators and scorecard deliverables.
- Lead and manage Emergency Response Committees and the Crisis Management Committee, ensuring timely and effective decision-making during critical incidents.
- Establish clear communication channels and protocols to ensure the timely dissemination of critical information to senior management, stakeholders, and customers.
- Minimum 8 years of practical Business Continuity Management or related work experience with working knowledge of the Bank's key functional processes and resources.
- Sufficient knowledge and understanding in business continuity planning techniques and experience of banking operations and processes.
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking.
- Results-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Very good understanding of Management Information System and Disaster Recovery.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese.
