Digital Innovation Leader

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Digital Innovation Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing a strategic vision for digital innovation and data analytics within the agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the agency's digital strategy to drive behavior, build leading indicators, and meet business objectives.
- Formulate a long-term digital innovation strategy focused on productivity, quality recruitment, training efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Oversee the execution of the agency digitalization roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Lead transformation initiatives and collaborate with business units to create a long-term, agent-centric digital roadmap.
- Facilitate change management by enhancing team knowledge and application of new digital technologies.
- Build data modeling frameworks to provide personalized insights to improve daily performance and agent behavior analytics.
- Source and implement cutting-edge technology and digital capabilities through partnerships with insurtech companies.
- Analyze agent behavior through big data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance agent strategies.
- Enable dialogue around the value of analytics, ensuring business stakeholders can easily apply data-driven decisions.
- Lead the team to leverage data analytics to formulate and implement end-to-end solutions to drive and improve business core KPIs with strong collaboration with stakeholders.
- Formulate and drive digital agent engagement strategies to enhance productivity and retention.
- Lead discussions on creative and business ideation while managing the agent-facing portal, leveraging UX design best practices.
- Ensure strong collaboration with internal teams and project managers to deliver on agency requirements effectively.
- Oversee the portfolio of process optimization and transformation initiatives as well as define business impact/benefits through quantitative KPIs for ongoing tracking and reporting to senior management.
- Review internal manual processes along the agency value chain and identify gaps to improve efficiency through automation and/or transformation through digitalization.
- Closely engage with GABDD colleagues to understand their existing pain points and be the digital SME to support and/or initiate changes through digital projects or process re-engineering and simplification to enhance their daily performance and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all security controls, operational risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop downline staff through on-the-job training and coaching, focusing on productivity in reporting and tech usage. Ensure team members engaged in regulated activities have the necessary licenses and meet licensing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, data analytics, and technology adoption within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of agency operations, agent behavior analytics and agency communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in large scale statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, as well as experience with AI and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, manage projects, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities.
