Job Description

The Product Ambassador - Fitness Community role is a crucial part of our success as an organization. Ambassadors are experts in creating exceptional customer service experiences, fostering strong relationships with our guests, and providing top-quality product education.

Core Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests to ensure a seamless shopping experience, valuing their time and providing personalized support.
  • Assess guest needs to offer customized solutions and services, ensuring a positive interaction.
  • Provide technical product knowledge by articulating the value and benefits of our products.
  • Facilitate end-to-end guest experiences by conducting accurate transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs according to company standards.
  • Dynamically provide floor coverage to continuously engage with guests and attend to multiple store needs.
  • Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address concerns and improve the guest experience.
  • Inform guests about local community programs and participate in planning and executing initiatives (e.g., local run clubs, international yoga days).

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by embracing diversity and promoting a supportive atmosphere for all team members and guests.
  • Establish positive relationships with colleagues, collaborating to achieve optimal guest experiences and support store operations.

Operations

  • Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., restocking, maintaining store appearance) according to company standards.
  • Utilize in-store technology to enhance store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and luxury environment by performing cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Able to legally work in the jurisdiction of the assigned store location.

Availability

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
