Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced property manager to lead our residential property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff and contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the residential property management team, including staff supervision and contractor coordination.
  • Analyse management services efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Building Management Ordinance and Deeds of Mutual Covenant.
  • Develop and manage budgets and cost control plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a property-related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in property management, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Possession of a Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) licence and membership of a recognised professional institution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
