**Job Overview**
The Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a highly skilled Deputy/Assistant Personal Banking Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Customer Service Excellence
- We are looking for someone who can provide top-notch service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, video calls, online text, and fax.
- You will have the opportunity to cross-sell products and services that meet our customers' financial needs, helping them achieve their goals.
- Through active listening and empathy, you will identify and address customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- In addition to delivering excellent service, you will also execute trade instructions on behalf of our customers, providing them with seamless access to financial markets.
**Requirements**
- Qualifications
- A degree or above is required, with qualifications from the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI) being a plus.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or a related field is necessary, with customer service experience considered an advantage.
- As a strong sales and service-oriented individual, you must be independent, self-motivated, customer-centric, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills should include a good command of English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing, as well as Putonghua.
- You should be proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office and Chinese input methods.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and flexibility, especially during shifts, is essential.
- Applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Personal Banking Executive, while those with more experience may be considered for Personal Banking Manager.
