Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the trading process to guarantee an effective and seamless trading experience.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, delays, and other complications throughout the trading lifecycle.
  • Execute funding, trade booking/risk management, reconciliation, and P&L analysis while promoting automation enhancements.
  • Perform Post-Trade Evaluations and conduct various trade and market analyses as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with developers on initiatives aimed at optimizing system infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in delta-1 and derivatives trading.
  • Ability to think critically and pursue ongoing improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, along with a willingness to develop technical skills further.
