WPB encompasses four primary sectors that ensure our clients receive the best services: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, and Retail Banking & Strategy.

We are in search of a distinguished professional to enhance our team as an Acquisition Manager for Unsecured Lending.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategies for card acquisition to enhance market presence and increase market share.
  • Design marketing initiatives aimed at increasing new card enrollments with clear value propositions while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Oversee and coordinate with acquisition channels to ensure the effective execution of marketing programs and the achievement of acquisition objectives.
  • Enhance the customer journey through digital innovations and collaborate with various business units to create a superior end-to-end customer experience across all channels.
  • Initiate project planning, financial forecasting, requirement analysis, card scheme negotiations, risk assessments, product launches, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless project execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist with daily business operations, including budget management, project proposal development, management reporting, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in credit card services is advantageous. Familiarity with digital projects or analytical roles is a plus.
  • Strong business insight and project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various functions to achieve business results.
  • Proficiency in both Cantonese and English, with strong presentation skills.
