Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer Role to join our team at Fung Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project rollouts from development to delivery, ensuring the completion of projects within timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed timelines for projects from development to delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including sales, engineers, quality, vendors, and customers.
  • Monitor progress of projects and identify opportunities to minimize risk and improve schedules and costs.
  • Maintain clear records of project budgets and related documents.
  • Closely monitor team performance and coordinate between teams.
  • Define realistic project expectations and anticipate execution challenges.
  • Escalate risks or conflicts to management.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging Material, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or project management, preferably in the toy, sundries, packaging industry.
  • Experience in supplier and cost management, with a strong understanding of numbers and data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with plastics and metals manufacturing processes, injection molding, and tooling is preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Previous working experience in a buying office or factory environment is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to negotiate and coordinate with stakeholders and convey objectives within teams.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate a strong drive for results, with a can-do attitude.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and good sense of responsibility.
  • Occasional travel to China (Guangdong Area) may be required.
