At Classy Wheeler Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a strategic role in shaping the company's human resources function.

Job Overview

  • This position is responsible for analyzing salary reports to determine competitive compensation plans.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 3 years of HRM working experience in sizeable companies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze salary reports to determine competitive compensation plans.
  2. Prepare budget of human resources operations.
  3. Write directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  4. Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with APAC countries' local law.
  5. Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  6. Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  7. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  8. Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  9. Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
  10. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  11. Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  12. Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  13. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  14. Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  15. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  16. Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  17. Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  18. Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
  19. Coordinate cross-functional efforts where needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or above in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years HR experience including 3 years HRM working experience in sizeable companies.
  • Good command of verbal & written Mandarin and English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in team as well as individually, work well under pressure.
  • Be self-motivated, pro-active, initiative, hard-working and highly responsible in obtaining common missions.
