Team Collaboration: In this role, you will collaborate with our Customer Service Operations and Maintenance team, whose expertise ensures that on-site tasks are executed safely, punctually, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Your Impact: As a vital member of the Customer Service Operations and Maintenance team, you will take charge of leading and supervising Field Service technicians and/or contractors in executing refurbishment projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent apprenticeship training.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical (ELV, control systems, computer networking) and/or mechanical engineering, ideally within the railway, rolling stock, automotive, or similar sectors.
  • Certifications such as MTRC CP(T) and/or Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) and/or Certified Safety Supervisor are advantageous.
  • Possession of a HK driving license (Category 2) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Cantonese and English is required.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Availability for overnight duties is essential.
  • Lead and oversee Field Services technicians and/or contractors in refurbishment tasks (both electrical and mechanical).
  • Collaborate closely with customers, project managers, and engineers to ensure that installation requirements are effectively implemented on-site.
  • Guarantee site safety, quality of work, and adherence to specified standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Address and resolve technical issues that arise on-site.
  • Participate in project team meetings to report on installation progress and any issues encountered.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting as necessary.
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
