Client Partnership Director

About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Client Partnership Director to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited.
Job Overview:
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Originate executive relationships and pursue strategic deals in the Hong Kong public sector.
- Work with our HK leadership team to shape and organize efforts supporting relationship development and opportunity pursuits.
- Connect with Client Services Unit (CSU) and capability groups to bring in new ideas and solutions addressing client business needs.
- Promote and build our brand in the public sector through external market development events.
- Drive new annual revenue with good profit margin from the public sector.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, achieving high client satisfaction scores through close client engagement and interaction.
- Responsible for developing thought leadership once a year to strengthen our brand position in the marketplace.
- Leverage consulting skills and expertise in technology to ideate, create, and generate value for clients, leading to strategic opportunities.
- Manage and align different client stakeholders to lead to concrete sales origination.
- Oversee successful delivery of sold projects and client satisfaction with the delivery leadership.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline; MBA preferable.
- At least 15 years of experience in the IT or ICT Consulting industry, with 8 years of experience focusing on the public sector.
- Strong ability to architect value for clients.
- Good sales acumen.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding and ability to apply social styles technique to manage stakeholders.
- Passionate about new technologies.
- Initiative, customer-focused, independent, and able to work under pressure.
