We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Supervisor to join our team at M+ in the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority.


About the Role:



  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors in the member's lounge.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating unusual situations or unresolved issues to supervisors.
  • Process membership transactions, including enrollment, renewal, upgrade, and ticket conversion, promoting M+ membership to guests.
  • Promote members' benefits and introduce members-only events or activities.
  • Supervise and train ambassadors as needed.

About You:



  • You hold a higher diploma or above in any discipline.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment with high visitor volume from retail, tourism, hospitality, or cultural-related venues.
  • You have experience dealing with challenging customers and can resolve emergency situations independently.
  • You possess an approachable personality with a positive attitude, are a good team player, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua, with proficiency in other languages an advantage.
  • You are available to work at least 2 days per week, flexible to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings according to a roster determined by the Authority.
  • You are willing to work at different spaces in the museum, including outdoor locations, and may be required to stand for prolonged periods and lift physical objects.
