  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report findings to the Engineering Manager
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on sustainability initiatives
  • Support the development of maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders

Requirements:

Education:

  • Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from a technical institute
  • Registered Electrical Worker (REW) license A or B from EMSD
  • Licensed Plumber (WSD) preferred

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs
  • Experience in hotel, school, or institute settings advantageous

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of facilities management software
