About the RoleThis role leads the design of all products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, and trading options.
The successful candidate will manage product development and delivery, defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets trader needs in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate listing related marketing campaigns, collaborating with Business Development, local market managers, and other teams for effective execution.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, optimizing campaign settings to improve conversion rates using a data-driven approach.
- Improve listing related products user experience and backend system to attract inbound traffic.
- Execute daily spot and derivatives token listings and delistings, working closely with technical and business teams for operational excellence.
- Strengthen and improve the foundational product infrastructure of the listing/delisting process.
- Provide reliable support by project managing airdrops and token migration, ensuring success.
- Design, implement, and refine product operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management of token listing/delisting activities.
