The Member Engagement and Support team serves as a client-facing unit delivering support services to TransUnion members. In this capacity, the role involves addressing member inquiries, managing feedback, and resolving complaints. Additionally, this position will engage in training initiatives for members and undertake any special projects as directed by management.

What You Will Contribute:

A university degree in any field 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing position providing customer service and support A solid understanding of the banking or financial sector is advantageous Proficiency in spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential Strong presentation abilities and writing skills in English are crucial Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Your Impact:

Address member inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively Identify opportunities for enhancement to boost customer satisfaction and reduce complaints Ensure an outstanding customer experience and achieve results through the oversight and refinement of all processes Conduct due diligence on potential members and manage KYC-related matters Provide training to members to ensure their understanding of company systems and privacy regulations Participate in and manage special projects as needed
