As Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Hong Kong, you will (be):
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for both clients and candidates.Responsible for sourcing talents across different channels, to introduce to clientsConsult and provide market industry updates/knowledge to clients and candidatesDevelop, maintain, and identify potential clients to grow your own portfolio of clientsUtilise networking, social media, and cold calling to build your candidate & client database.Analyse client requirements & offer tailor-made solutionsDeliver high-quality recruitment consultancy and services to new and existing clientsContract negotiation with clients learn recruitment by getting to know your candidates, selling the best match, and managing your talent pool by staying in regular contact with candidates.Market mapping, understanding, and expertise within the line of service skills and experience Bachelor Degree holderMinimum 1-3 years of work experiences in the recruitment industryPrior work experience in technology recruitment/contracting recruitment/B2B sales is an advantageResult-oriented and target driven, consistently meet both individual and team targetsStrong communication skills in both Chinese and English with solid business development acumen are essentialOpen-minded and willing to pick up new knowledges and technologiesMust be able to work in a fast-growing pace environmentFlexible, resourceful, and with a positive mindset culture and benefits.
