About the RoleThis senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in digital project management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with Citi's overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement a robust digital roadmap that drives growth, improves customer experience, and enhances operational efficiency.
- Leverage your knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, FinTech companies, and internal teams.
- Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy that aligns with Citi's business goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance digital platforms, and improve customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform digital decision-making.
- Foster collaboration across departments to achieve strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Master's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital project management, strategic planning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Citi offers a highly competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
