Job Description:

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Director / Senior Manager of Innovation Solutions team, responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on advanced and innovative solutions – digital transformation consulting, big data, cloud, applied analytic, smart video analytic etc. to drive client success.
  • Identifying and shaping client propositions, developing and executing client engagement plans to drive opportunities from origination to sales closure.
  • Managing and monitoring budgets and costs to ensure maximum achievement of revenue and margin.
  • Establishing networks with partners and ecosystems for innovation and cooperation to stay ahead in the market.
  • Driving the co-creation of innovation solutions with group's internal and external partners to deliver value to clients.
  • Providing thought leadership and presenting PoV of digital transformation for HK and Greater Bay Area to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with regional Innovation Centres and other region business teams to gain synergy and achieve business objectives.
  • Shaping and driving key initiatives regarding digital transformation for clients to meet their evolving needs.
  • In charge of financial metrics and related KPI in Hong Kong and aggressive YOY revenue growth.
  • Strategizing and building competences to support projects and opportunities to drive business success.
  • Identifying addressable market opportunities and providing guidance in setting business targets and working towards company goals.
  • Attracting and retaining highly skilled and quality staff in the current job market to build a strong team.
  • Board knowledge and experiences in a variety of industries and job types to provide valuable insights.
  • Identifying and tracking market trends, emerging technologies and technology disruption to implement strategies and action plans for new opportunities, competition and threats in the IT industry.
  • Addressing uncertainty arising from volatile market factors such as changes in government policies, competitive landscape and disruptive technologies driving automation.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and actualize visionary strategies and provide leadership to defend and entrench our core business in the current intensifying competitive landscape.
  • Innovatively harnessing latent synergies to improve competitiveness and productivity through greater offshore leverage, workforce refresh and retention as well as capability/quality enhancement.
  • Establishing strong brand equity and positioning the company as the market leader for service delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage key customer management for win-win negotiations on project scope, deliverables and contractual obligations.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent with at least 15 years relevant work experience in software design and development.

Strong technical experience in system and/or applications architecture design for large-scale projects.

Strong technical experience in reference architecture definition.

Ability to conceptualize and create the most efficient and appropriate solution for a software development project.

Proven track record and proficiency in both application and infrastructure design for large-scale projects.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading large teams.

Strong people management and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically, identify and understand business needs and translate into strategic plans and solutions.

Highly adaptable and collaborative with excellent crisis management skills.

Mature people management skills, budget management and experience in building teams.

Strong customer-service orientation with multicultural workplace experience.

Proven record of successful staff management in areas of recruitment, performance appraisal and professional development.
