We are currently looking for a skilled Elite Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Here are some key details:

Location: Tsing Yi Office

Department Size: 9

Reporting to: Premier Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing software to optimize drivers' routing for cost-efficiency
  • Ensuring accurate order processing within established service levels
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues that may delay deliveries
  • Facilitating customer delivery and return arrangements
  • Managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally via email and phone
  • Providing instant support to drivers in the field
  • Collaborating with the Premier team and other departments to address challenges
  • Working with external courier services as needed
  • Completing any additional tasks assigned by the manager

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer and analytical skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
