About the Job



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Synpulse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of work streams, managing teams, and participating in business development activities.



Your Responsibilities




  • Drive Work Stream Success: Independently direct activities, ensure high-quality deliverables, and meet timely submission requirements.
  • Manage Teams: Define meaningful work packages, manage activities, and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct research, collect data, and analyze client needs through interviews and workshops to develop well-formulated solutions.
  • Presentations: Present findings and recommendations to clients using business proposals and presentation decks.
  • Documentation: Document project progress into systems and processes for management review.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
  • Team Support: Assist team members with other project activities.


About You




  • Qualifications: Degree holder with 6+ years of experience in the Private Banking and/or consulting industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Integration/Migration/TOM projects within Private Banking and a good understanding of core business processes and products.
  • Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, highly analytical and structured problem-solving skills, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
