About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our APAC operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with in-flight events, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Corporate Actions Processing: Process all corporate actions, including income on bond connect, RQFII, China B, and LGC positions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Event Monitoring: Monitor events coming in for any exceptions and short-fused events, providing timely escalation to senior management as required.
  • Exception Processing: Process exceptions and onshore forms for corporate action events, ensuring compliance with CMR rules and regulations.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the process line on a daily basis, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Incident Reporting: Ensure all incident reports are submitted in accordance with the Service Level Document.
  • MI Provision: Provide management information as requested.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in Asset Services, with a proven track record in APAC markets.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of all products.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, including remote teams, with high personal motivational levels.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
