Job Title: Financial Accountant

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll processes.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • They will be responsible for managing full spectrum of payroll activities, including month end close, pension contributions, social security fund contributions, and local and global mobility tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review payroll reports, perform reconciliations, and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective business processes to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in payroll, employment tax, pension, and accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of HK, MAC statutory regulations, employment ordinance, and policies related to payroll.
  • Experience in HRIS, payroll software solutions, and Microsoft applications.
