Payroll Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Strategist to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for defining the overall strategy and vision for the payroll function, enhancing automation and scalability while ensuring accurate, timely, secured and compliant payroll processing.

• Assist Senior Manager Payroll in developing and implementing payroll strategies that align with business objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support system integration and configuration requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners throughout the organization and external parties regarding existing and new pay programs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve payroll efficiency and effectiveness.

Key qualifications include 10 years of payroll experience, preferably with increased responsibility, as well as technical knowledge in automated payroll systems such as Workday, Ceridian Dayforce and Oracle.
