- Solution Design: Model and design solutions or alternatives, evaluate proposed solutions, and ensure that the designed solution benefits the business while addressing post-production maintenance needs.
- Change Management: Participate in change management and the ongoing evolution of the system after implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales and project management related to brokerage products and trading systems.
- Strong knowledge of both local and global markets.
- Existing network of institutional clients or an established client base is a plus.
- Must demonstrate a motivated work ethic with a strong drive for success and achieving business targets.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
