Aramex is seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Manager to lead our air freight team in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily air freight operations, ensuring seamless coordination with airlines and co-loaders.
- Handle a full range of cargo procedures, from preparation to delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, co-loaders, and internal teams.
- Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Lead ad-hoc projects as assigned, driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in freight forwarding, preferably with top-tier forwarders.
- Strong command of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with airlines and other parties.
- Reliable, independent, and detail-minded, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
