Facilities Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Officer to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, providing exceptional service to our employees and visitors, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate facilities maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of office equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular security checks, reviewing CCTV systems and maintaining logs and filing work.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee and visitor inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with security guards, receptionists, and tea attendants to ensure seamless operations and high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management, with a strong background in budgeting and facilities security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of English and Chinese languages is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
