What you will do:
- Develop and cultivate relationships with local and international partners to create and maximize sales potential for entertainment and event products on our platform.
- Manage and improve our event ticketing system, working closely with our central tech team to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Develop a clear strategy and acquisition tactics for the entertainment and event vertical, using data analytics to increase our market share and maximize business revenue.
- Create entertainment and event products that can be combined with our travel products to maximize business opportunities in the new travel norm.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, tech, and other vertical teams, to create optimized product promotion plans that maximize sales potential while providing the best product experiences and operations efficiency for our customers.
- As a key member of our HKBU leadership team, build and shape the culture of our business unit to reflect Klook's values.
What you will need:
- 6+ years of work experience, including 2-3+ years in the entertainment and event industry, preferably with experience as a venue or event organizer, ticketing, record labels, and artists management.
- A good track record of leadership in event and ticketing system management.
- Strong industry network, commercial sense, analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and mature interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability to lead and transform a versatile and dynamic entertainment and event team.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- A start-up attitude, with a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Business language proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
