The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strategic thinking, and leadership. They will manage and grow existing accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Conducting and analyzing market research to stay up-to-date on industry and market trends is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct and analyze market research to stay up-to-date on industry and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure customer needs are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and update the executive team periodically.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- 5 years or above in related experience, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the printing and/or paper packaging products.
- Good knowledge of printing processes and packaging design is an advantage.
- Experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic and creative thinking.
- Fluent in English and Putonghua, and good communication skills in written English and Chinese.
- Frequent travel to the factory in China and occasional overseas travel is needed.
