Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in activities related to one or more of the following domains:
    (i) generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
    (ii) compile analytical reports for financial and cost assessments;
    (iii) manage daily accounting functions, budget approvals, and yearly budget preparations; and
    (iv) support the Finance Head Office in coordinating with external auditors for the annual review;
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of accounting policies, protocols, procedures, and computerized financial systems;
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for new projects;
  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of clerical and support personnel to ensure efficient operation and management of the unit;
  • Execute specific projects and assignments as directed.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant recognized degree or equivalent professional credentials;
  • A minimum of 2 years of pertinent work experience, ideally in larger organizations;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and computerized accounting/procurement systems;
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and communication abilities;
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines.

  • Candidates with significant experience and accomplishments in the relevant field but lacking the required academic/professional qualifications, or those with outstanding academic/professional credentials but less experience, are encouraged to apply.
