Key Responsibilities
  • Closing new and re-contracting RMR business in Malaysia
  • Researching and reaching out to potential clients through compelling cold calls, persuasive cold emails, or social media activities
  • Presenting the business impact of scent marketing and air purification to captivate potential clients
  • Collaborating with Senior Sales Director and Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities within major markets across assigned territories
  • Facilitating meetings and calls between prospective clients and Business Development Manager
  • Reporting sales results to Senior Sales Director and Business Development Manager, providing valuable industry and market insights
  • Staying at the forefront of customer experience trends in the hospitality, real estate, retail, gaming, fitness, and senior living industries
  • Researching industry trends, new company products, and technologies
  • Collaborating with teammates on creative prospecting initiatives
  • Participating in ongoing consultative, professional sales development
  • Accurately logging, tracking, and maintaining sales records
  • Attending ongoing product and fragrance training sessions
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing or Sales
  • Min. 2 years of call center experience with selling experience and a proven track record of achievement, preferably selling B2B products or services
  • Proven record of consultative/value-based selling via cold calls and/or cold emailing
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and generate interest in our products and services
  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision and take initiative
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving success
  • Critical problem-solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Technical skills in CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Teams
  • High proficiency in written and verbal English and, Malay, Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and/or Southeast languages (such as Malay, etc.)
