Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Administer meeting and conference room bookings
- Distribute internal and external mail and coordinate with courier companies
- Maintain office supplies and F&B inventory and order as needed
- Assist with catering for meetings or business functions
- Provide general administrative and event support
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year's relevant experience in receptionist, administration, front desk or similar roles
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Warm and pleasant personality
