Business Development and Innovation

The Principal Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying innovation opportunities, defining and delivering innovative solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Client Serving to ensure alignment of operational improvements across functions, optimizing workflows, and enhancing stakeholder engagement to support business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and define solutions to drive business growth.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance service capabilities, and improve operational efficiency within the Corporate Client Servicing function.

Requirements:
  • University graduate, preferably major in business related subject or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of solid experience, including at least 5 years of managerial experience with a focus on business strategy, operations, and/or transformation in financial services.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through strong relationship management, communication, and strategic advisory skills.
