Job Description

At Classy Wheeler Limited, we're seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our digital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Scoping and Planning: Define project scope, budget, resource requirements, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  2. Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  3. Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring seamless project administration.
  4. Clients' Needs Analysis: Analyze clients' business needs, develop business cases, and recommend tailored solutions.
  5. Negotiation and Solution Design: Negotiate technical issues with business counterparties and provide solution designs.
  6. Project Administration: Oversee general project administration, including agenda preparation, minutes, evaluation reports, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
  1. A Higher Diploma/Degree holder or above in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and delivery of enterprise-scale projects.
  3. Excellent client-facing skills, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact professionally with senior client representatives and diverse groups of stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  5. Native fluency in written and verbal English and Cantonese, with Mandarin as an additional advantage.
  6. Real-life Agile implementation experience and professional certification as Scrum Master are additional advantages.
  7. Web content management systems implementation experience is also advantageous.
