- In Hong Kong, we have a sales office responsible for the Hong Kong and Macau market.
Job Summary:
- This role reports directly to our Sales Director.
- The primary focus is on key customer relationship management and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with technical support engineers and factories for quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, especially defined key customers/key projects.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements/needs.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with customers.
- Support the company in meeting its HK & Macau business strategy.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions (customer satisfaction).
- Coordinate with agents/distributors for business achievement if needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Building Service, or related subject.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in industrial products, mechanical products, or building service products, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of pump or valve business, or water building service equipment is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English & Cantonese.
