Job Description

  • The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for key customer relationship management and project management.
  • Key responsibilities include cooperating with technical support engineers/factories for quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery, maintaining good relationships with customers, especially defined key customers/key projects, visiting customers regularly to understand their requirements/needs, building long-term strategic relationships with customers, supporting the company in meeting HK & Macau business strategy, handling customer complaints and providing solutions (customer satisfaction), and coordinating with agents/distributors for business achievement if needed.

Requirements

">
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Building Service, or related subject is required, as well as 2+ years of sales experience in industrial products, mechanical products, or building service products, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of pump or valve business, or water building service equipment is a plus, and proficiency in English & Cantonese is essential.
