About the Role

This exciting opportunity as an Executive Trainee presents invaluable experience and skill development in a dynamic environment. As a member of our marketing team, you will engage in a structured training program rotating through different functions including digital, event, and CRM. Key responsibilities include:

  • Rotational Training: Participate in a comprehensive training program where you will rotate through various marketing functions.
  • Project Support: Assist senior team members in planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Contribute to research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams and departments to foster effective communication and teamwork.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and propose innovative ideas to streamline operations.
  • Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Relationship Building: Build professional relationships with colleagues, mentors, and stakeholders across different departments.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in omnichannel marketing strategy and campaigns in sizable organizations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a related field is advantageous.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This role provides valuable opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
