We are a pioneering team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining software for innovative projects adjacent to our core businesses. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backend infrastructure of scalable applications, from frontend UI to infrastructure design.

About the Role

This position offers a unique blend of technical challenges and collaboration opportunities with multiple functions within the organization. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming cutting-edge innovations to refining details before launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop monitoring tools for application performance and reliability
  • Contribute to system architecture design and implementation
  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure using IaC methodologies
  • Enhance and manage Terraform, K8S, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement Disaster Recovery and backup solutions
  • Automate and streamline operations and processes
  • Effectively communicate and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Solid experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerization
  • Expertise in building large-scale CICD pipelines for enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana
  • Experience with logging systems such as Fluentbit and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch
  • Bonus points for experience with high-availability and low-latency crypto exchange environments
  • Proficiency in Linux and network concepts
  • A strong interest in working in technology and/or financial environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
