We are currently seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Architect to join W-Consulting Company Ltd. in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

About the Role:

  • Design, engineer, and implement robust security measures for cloud infrastructure protection and network security.
  • Conduct thorough security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance security features.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures, including secure IT design and engineering practices.
  • Respond to and document security threats, resolve technical issues, and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular audit and security compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintain software and hardware related to security up-to-date.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and recommend suitable strategies to stay ahead.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in security products like firewalls, URL filtering, information security, and virus protection.
  • Proven experience in cloud technologies, with knowledge of cloud security architecture, design, and operations.
  • Solid experience in developing security policies and procedures.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISM) and knowledge of security architecture (SABSA, TOGAF, Zachman) are an added advantage.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably an additional Asian language.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
