Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies that cover all aspects of risk, including market risk, credit risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, and more.
  • Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Set up and maintain real-time risk monitoring systems to quickly identify and address potential risks. Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the board of directors, providing detailed analysis and recommendations on risk status.

Compliance and Regulation:

  • Evaluate the platform's compliance with digital currency-related laws and regulations worldwide, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with regulatory bodies to stay informed and adapt to regulatory changes.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and lead the risk control team, ensuring team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, risk management, or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of digital currency risk characteristics, including market volatility, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for digital currencies.

Leadership Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of relevant risk management certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM).
  • Advanced knowledge and passion for blockchain technology and digital currencies.
