Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new digital services and experience initiatives that enhance passenger experience
  • Collaborate with internal departments and technology partners to devise use cases and proof of concepts for Generative AI and new-tech applications
  • Analyze passenger behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and optimize the passenger experience
Key Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business/operations management, leveraging new technologies for business performance enhancements
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
