**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Wholesale Banking department at ALL-STAR AGENCY.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive new commercial banking relationships;
  • Prepare and submit credit memos, monitor account conduct, and facility utilization;
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate transaction execution;
  • Manage the account opening process, including documentation for new and existing accounts;
  • Compile and submit various reports to management, including customer call reports, pipeline forecasting, and monthly cross-selling income and deal tracking;
  • Communicate directly with customers, handling enquiries and executing instructions for loan, deposit, FX, or transaction banking services.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship management within a reputable commercial bank;
  • Product knowledge in trade finance, deposits, and secured lending;
  • Strong academic background from a reputable university;
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
