Projob21 Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory & Product Compliance Director to join our team in North Asia.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, and provide guidance on regulatory matters.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products, and ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements.
  • You will also be responsible for providing compliance advice and recommendations to senior management on potential compliance risks and areas for control enhancements.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Legal or related disciplines.
  • 10 years+/- of relevant regulatory & product compliance experience including 3 years from private banking/wealth management or HKMA/SFC regulator.
  • Relevant industry experience in private banking business is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of HKMA/SFC regulatory requirements.
  • Driven with strong problem-solving capability and communication skills to work with internal stakeholders.
