About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Server to join our team at Pici Central, a lively SoHo pasta bar in Aberdeen Street.

As a Server, you'll work closely with a supervisor to provide exceptional table service in your section. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, ensuring guests feel welcome, and attending to their requests.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations
  • Provide training to the team to deliver high-quality service and maintain our brand image
  • Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
  • Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high-standard, efficient, and courteous serving of food and beverages
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating various activities, such as hiring and training, scheduling, and guest requirements
  • Control stock levels to ensure service requirements are met
Requirements
  • Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
  • Sense of responsibility within your role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
  • Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
